What you'll do

As a Graduate Engineering Manager at Amazon, you will manage the lifecycle of challenging cross-functional projects, ensuring that objectives and targets are met across various organizations and geographies. You will actively participate in engineering reviews, contributing to and improving proposed solutions for systems and components. Collaboration with stakeholders will be essential as you set priorities, establish milestones, and drive schedules, proactively addressing dependencies and mitigating issues.

You will lead the execution of systems and automated equipment designs, overseeing installation, throughput, and safety qualifications while optimizing processes. Conducting effective meetings will be part of your responsibilities, ensuring proper documentation of discussions, decisions, and action items. You will provide timely and accurate project status updates, risk analyses, and mitigation plans to leadership, clearly articulating system and equipment designs, including technical specifications and capabilities, to internal and external partners.

Efficient management of change order controls, purchase orders, and invoice approvals will be crucial in your role. You will also identify and spearhead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Your leadership will help foster strong working relationships across multiple projects and stakeholders, driving the success of Amazon's supply chain operations.
