As a Graduate Engineering Manager at Amazon, you will manage the lifecycle of challenging cross-functional projects, ensuring that objectives and targets are met across various organizations and geographies. You will actively participate in engineering reviews, contributing to and improving proposed solutions for systems and components. Efficient management of change order controls, purchase orders, and invoice approvals will be crucial in your role. You will also identify and spearhead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Your leadership will help foster strong working relationships across multiple projects and stakeholders, driving the success of Amazon's supply chain operations.
