About the Opportunity

What You’ll Be Doing:

Be responsible for the design of trading products such as DeFi Earn Aggregator and DeFi vaults. Deliver PRDs, prototypes, and other related documents.
Work on integrating TEE and other mechanisms to lower the barriers for lending, investing, and other DeFi products—making DeFi more accessible to mainstream users.
Work closely with marketing, operations, UI/UX, R&D, testing, and other departments to drive project implementation and launches.
Review product documents, functional designs, and interaction designs produced by other team members.
Oversee the full product lifecycle, develop data analysis metrics, monitor daily data, and conduct regular analyses.

What We Look For In You:

Bachelor’s degree or above; relevant Web3 and product experience. Majors in Finance or Computer Science are a plus.
Extensive user experience (UX) design background, familiar with consumer product design—especially financial consumer products is a plus.
Experience with DeFi protocols, DEXs, and on-chain farming/arbitrage is preferred; native and experienced Web3 users are a plus.
Good ownership mentality and strong project management skills.
Passion for DeFi ecosystem is essential.
Proficiency in English and Chinese.
