You have at least 1 year of professional automotive painting experience and are skilled in color-matching and mixing paint. As an Airbrushing Technician, you are detail-oriented and take pride in your work, ensuring that every vehicle meets high standards of quality. You are eager to learn and grow within the company, taking advantage of training programs offered to enhance your skills and career progression. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.

What you'll do

As an Airbrushing Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for airbrushing vehicles to achieve the desired finish. You will work with state-of-the-art tools in a high-tech Inspection Center, ensuring that each vehicle is prepared to meet customer expectations. Your role will involve collaborating with other paint roles, such as Paint Preppers and Entry-Level Painters, to ensure a smooth workflow and high-quality results. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and best practices in automotive painting.
