You have a strong background in software implementation, particularly with D365 F&O, and possess excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between customers and technical teams. Your experience includes providing customization, installation, and integration support, ensuring that software solutions meet client needs effectively. You are adept at managing customer expectations and delivering high-quality service, making you a trusted advisor in technical matters. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable working remotely, demonstrating your ability to manage tasks independently while contributing to team goals.
Experience with AI-powered insights and performance monitoring tools is a plus, as is familiarity with pricing strategies and rebate management systems.
