Google is seeking a Senior Product Solutions Associate to develop and execute Go-To-Market strategies for advertising products. You'll work closely with clients and cross-functional teams, leveraging your expertise in Google’s Ads products. This role requires 4+ years of experience in product management or related fields.
You have a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, along with 4 years of experience in advertising, marketing technology, management consulting, product management, or sales strategy. Your experience includes working with product management or engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders. You possess a strong understanding of Google’s Ads products and offerings across search, display, video, and platforms, demonstrating domain expertise in the product space. You are knowledgeable about the creator ecosystem, including YouTube's solutions and other social platforms, and how brands leverage creator content for paid amplification. You have the ability to structure a compelling storyline and build presentation decks/documents to support your position. You bring a passion for sales, knowledge of online media, and a commitment to maximizing customer success.
In this role, you will develop and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for advertising products, ensuring product support across Google Ads and DV360 to minimize friction for buyers. You will partner with clients on technical products, pitching solutions, consulting, project management, implementation, and demonstrating products. Your responsibilities will include optimizing user experience with the product, including video linking and campaign setup processes, to improve customer workflow. You will enhance content discovery to make it easier for brands to find creator content ready for paid media amplification. You will build trusted relationships with customers, uncovering their business needs and clarifying core benefits to internal and external stakeholders. You will act like an owner, moving with velocity through change and finding innovative and strategic ways to consistently deliver extraordinary and incremental outcomes for both Google and your customers.
