What you'll do

As the Director of Learning & Development, you will take the lead in designing and executing a comprehensive learning strategy that supports Convene's growth objectives. You will collaborate with key partners to develop a content roadmap that addresses the learning needs of employees across various levels and functions. Your role will involve overseeing the US L&D Manager and UK L&D Specialist, ensuring that training programs are aligned with business goals and effectively implemented. You will utilize data to track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of training initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to ensure they meet desired outcomes. You will also champion a culture of learning within the organization, promoting continuous development and engagement among employees.
