What you'll do

As the Senior Engineering Manager for the Content Group, you will lead multiple engineering teams focused on enhancing Klaviyo's content creation tools. Your primary responsibility will be to unify these teams under a shared technical vision, ensuring that they collaborate effectively to deliver innovative solutions. You will drive the strategic roadmap for the team, aligning engineering efforts with business objectives and customer needs.

You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project scopes and timelines. Your role will involve overseeing the development process, from initial concept through to deployment, ensuring that projects are completed on time and meet quality standards. You will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle.

In addition to project management, you will play a key role in team development. You will conduct regular one-on-ones with team members to provide feedback, support their career growth, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. You will also be involved in hiring and onboarding new talent, ensuring that the team remains strong and capable of meeting future challenges.
