Esri is seeking a GIS Industry Solutions Manager for the Electric and Gas sector to develop global go-to-market strategies. You'll collaborate with various teams to position Esri GIS technology effectively. This role requires expertise in the Electric Industry.
You have a strong background in the Electric Industry, with experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive growth in both new and existing markets. Your expertise positions you as a thought leader, capable of inspiring the community and driving awareness of GIS technology's value in addressing industry challenges. You are skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Business Development, Marketing, and Software Development, to align industry trends with technological advancements. Your analytical skills enable you to forecast and evaluate industry trends, allowing you to proactively develop solutions that address key business issues and growth opportunities.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to create thought leadership content such as technical papers, webinars, and blogs that demonstrate the business value of GIS in the Electric Industry. Your ability to share knowledge about competition and customer requirements empowers Business Development teams to be more effective in their roles. You are committed to supporting the GIS user community and growing the use of GIS technology within the Electric Industry.
Experience in managing comprehensive marketing strategies for the Electric, Generation, Transmission, and Distribution domains is a plus. Familiarity with the latest technological advancements and market factors in the Electric Industry will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
In this role, you will represent Esri as the subject matter expert in the Electric Industry, positioning the company as a thought leader. You will forecast and evaluate industry trends, developing solutions and messages that address key business issues and growth opportunities. Your responsibilities will include managing and executing a comprehensive global marketing strategy tailored to the Electric Industry, ensuring that Esri's GIS technology is effectively showcased to meet current and future demands.
You will create thought leadership content that highlights the business value of GIS, engaging with the community through technical papers, webinars, and customer success stories. Additionally, you will develop and execute marketing plans and programs that support the GIS user community, fostering growth in the use of GIS technology within the Electric Industry.
Your role will also involve researching, analyzing, and monitoring technological and market factors that impact the Electric Industry. By sharing insights with Business Development teams, you will enable them to better understand competition and customer requirements, ultimately enhancing their effectiveness in driving growth.
