What you'll do

As the Senior Engineering Manager, you will lead the Servicing Personalization and ML Enablement team at Upstart, pioneering how borrower experiences are adapted using machine learning. You will define the technical vision for the team, ensuring that the systems you build are intelligent and adaptive. Your role will involve collaborating with machine learning engineers to create personalized communication and servicing strategies that cater to diverse borrower needs.
