Slice is seeking a Director of Global Compensation to design and optimize employee compensation programs. This role requires expertise in compensation strategy and program execution to attract and retain top talent across a growing global workforce.
You have extensive experience in compensation strategy and program execution, ideally with a focus on both cash and equity components. You understand the nuances of designing competitive compensation structures that align with company culture and business needs. You are a strategic thinker who can translate complex compensation concepts into actionable plans that support organizational goals. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable working with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on compensation philosophy and practices. You are hands-on and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple compensation processes simultaneously while maintaining a focus on quality and compliance. You are passionate about creating equitable pay structures that motivate and retain talent, and you have a track record of successfully implementing compensation programs in a global context.
In this role, you will architect and lead key compensation processes, including annual reviews, promotion cycles, and sales incentive plan administration. You will work closely with leadership to ensure that compensation programs are competitive and aligned with the company's total rewards philosophy. You will analyze market trends and internal data to make informed recommendations for compensation adjustments and equity offerings. You will also be responsible for developing governance structures that support a mature compensation framework as the company grows. Your role will involve collaborating with HR and finance teams to ensure that compensation practices are compliant with regulations and aligned with best practices. You will play a critical role in reinforcing the company culture through transparent and equitable compensation practices.
