You have over 8 years of front-end development experience, with a strong focus on Node.js for at least 5 years. Your expertise includes the operation and maintenance of Node.js applications, and you excel at diagnosing complex issues that arise in production environments. You are proficient in Node.js and have a skilled command of mainstream development frameworks such as Egg, Koa, and Express, allowing you to create well-architected applications that meet high standards of performance and reliability.

Your solid database design and optimization capabilities enable you to ensure that applications run efficiently and effectively. You understand the importance of building scalable systems and have experience in developing engineering tools that enhance the productivity of your team. You thrive in collaborative environments and are committed to fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within your team.

Desirable

You have experience working in the crypto or fintech industry, which gives you a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities in this space. Familiarity with decentralized applications (dApps) and a passion for blockchain technology would be advantageous. You are a proactive leader who enjoys mentoring junior engineers and driving projects from conception to completion.

What you'll do
