Teamshares is seeking a Senior Associate for their Transaction Diligence team to lead financial due diligence for potential acquisitions. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in evaluating small businesses.
You have a strong background in financial analysis and due diligence, ideally with experience in evaluating small businesses and understanding their financial health. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent analytical skills, allowing you to develop insights that support investment decision-making. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable working with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. You have a proactive approach to problem-solving and are able to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to stakeholders. You are passionate about helping businesses grow and succeed, and you understand the importance of aligning acquisitions with a company's core investment thesis.
Experience in a fintech or investment environment would be a plus, as would familiarity with financial modeling and valuation techniques. A background in accounting or corporate finance can also enhance your ability to excel in this role.
As a Senior Associate on the Transaction team, you will lead and execute financial due diligence for potential acquisitions, ensuring that all evaluations align with Teamshares' investment strategy.
