What you'll do

As a Senior Associate on the Transaction team, you will lead and execute financial due diligence for potential acquisitions, ensuring that all evaluations align with Teamshares' investment strategy. You will analyze financial statements, assess business performance, and identify key risks and opportunities associated with potential acquisitions. Your insights will play a critical role in supporting investment decision-making from initial diligence through transaction execution. You will collaborate closely with other team members and stakeholders to ensure a thorough understanding of each business's financial landscape. You will also contribute to the development of financial models that support the evaluation of acquisition targets, helping to inform strategic decisions.
