What you'll do

In this role, you will coordinate with families to create a nurturing and supportive environment for children. You will implement Montessori and RIE-based programming that encourages exploration and learning. You will work closely with other guides and caregivers to share knowledge and best practices, ensuring that each child receives the highest quality of care. You will engage in ongoing professional development and training to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education. You will also participate in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and enriching atmosphere for both children and families.
