Kong is seeking a Customer Assurance Analyst to coordinate customer security and compliance inquiries while collaborating with internal teams. This role requires strong communication skills and a proactive approach to customer assurance.
You have a strong background in customer operations, ideally with experience in handling security and compliance inquiries. You understand the importance of building trust with customers and are skilled at collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information. You are detail-oriented and can develop scalable processes to enhance efficiency in handling customer inquiries. Your proactive approach allows you to identify opportunities for improving customer-facing security documentation and collateral.
Experience in information security, operational resilience, or data governance practices would be a plus. Familiarity with tools or automation to manage repetitive content is also beneficial. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will serve as a point of contact for customer security and compliance inquiries, ensuring that responses are thorough, prompt, and accurate. You will collaborate with internal teams, including Compliance, Security, Engineering, and Legal, to gather the necessary information for customer questionnaires. Your contributions will help refine processes for efficiently handling questionnaire completion and responses to information security inquiries. You will maintain a repository of standard answers and templates to enhance consistency and efficiency in responses. Additionally, you will track and report on customer inquiries, identifying trends and areas for improvement in customer assurance practices.
