What you'll do

As a Physician Assistant at Oscar, you will be responsible for conducting virtual health assessments for Oscar Health Insurance members. You will engage with members through outreach and evaluation visits, ensuring they receive the support they need to manage their health effectively. Your role will involve collaborating with the Virtual Health Assessment team to refine processes and improve patient engagement strategies. You will also support other teams, such as Virtual Primary Care and Virtual Urgent Care, as needed, contributing to a cohesive healthcare delivery system. Your work will be primarily remote, allowing you to connect with patients from the comfort of your home office while occasionally attending team meetings and company events.
