What you'll do

In this role, you will hire, onboard, and train a team of highly driven lead qualification professionals. You will work closely with the Demand Generation team to streamline processes and optimize workflows for better efficiency. Your responsibilities will include setting daily, monthly, and quarterly targets for your team and ensuring they have the resources and support needed to meet these goals. You will also maintain open lines of communication with the sales organization to ensure alignment and collaboration on lead qualification strategies. Your leadership will be key to the success of Verkada's marketing efforts, as you help shape the future of the Marketing Development team.
