What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the vision and strategy for Cash App’s core customer journeys. You will be responsible for defining the roadmap and ensuring that the product meets the needs of both new and existing customers. Your work will involve creating a cohesive framework that guides users through their interactions with the app, from onboarding to deeper engagement with financial tools.

You will collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to develop contextual messaging tools and marketing surfaces that enhance the in-app experience. Your leadership will be crucial in building the foundational architecture that supports personalized user journeys, ensuring that customers always know what to expect and what actions to take next.
