Block is seeking a Product Lead for Customer Journeys to shape the future of Cash App’s core customer experiences. You'll own the vision and strategy for guiding customers through the app's ecosystem. This role requires strong leadership and product management skills.
You have a proven track record in product management, ideally with experience in leading customer journey initiatives. You understand the importance of creating cohesive frameworks that enhance user engagement and drive product adoption. You are skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to bring your vision to life. In this role, you will lead the vision and strategy for Cash App’s core customer journeys. You will be responsible for defining the roadmap and ensuring that the product meets the needs of both new and existing customers. Your work will involve creating a cohesive framework that guides users through their interactions with the app, from onboarding to deeper engagement with financial tools.
You will collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to develop contextual messaging tools and marketing surfaces that enhance the in-app experience. Your leadership will be crucial in building the foundational architecture that supports personalized user journeys, ensuring that customers always know what to expect and what actions to take next.
You will analyze user data to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement, using insights to inform product decisions. Your ability to synthesize feedback from users and stakeholders will help shape the direction of the product and ensure that it remains aligned with customer needs.
