Position Overview:
We're looking for a Senior Lease Abstraction Analyst to drive excellence in our lease management operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lease Abstraction
You'll manage complex lease abstraction documents, maintaining high accuracy standards while mentoring team members. Your expertise will be crucial in developing best practices and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Quality control reviews will be a significant part of your daily responsibilities, where you'll need to maintain our 99%+ accuracy benchmark.
Process Excellence & Innovation
Your role involves identifying and implementing process improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce costs. You'll analyze workflows, standardize procedures, and explore automation opportunities. We'll rely on your analytical skills to conduct performance studies and recommend strategic improvements that align with our organizational goals.
Stakeholder Collaboration
You'll work closely with FOAA, Lease Administration, and Technology teams to ensure seamless operations. Building strong relationships with stakeholders and facilitating cross-functional solutions will be key to success in this role. You'll need to communicate effectively across all levels and lead process improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- 3.5 years of lease abstraction experience
- 1+ years in a senior analyst role
- Strong knowledge of commercial and retail lease structures
- Expertise in lease administration software
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellence in project management
Technical Proficiency:
You should be highly skilled in lease management systems and advanced Excel functions. Experience with process improvement methodologies and automation tools is essential. Strong documentation abilities will help you create and maintain standard operating procedures.

- Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level
