Field Solutions Architect, Generative AI, Google Cloud (English, Japanese)

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience, and at least 8 years of experience in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or Go, particularly in machine learning contexts. Your experience includes working with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch, and you have a strong background in Generative AI as a developer. You are fluent in both English and Japanese, enabling you to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

You are familiar with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and hold a Professional certification as a Machine Learning Engineer. Your expertise extends to architecting Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) systems in enterprise environments, and you have experience building enterprise-grade machine learning systems. You understand the intricacies of batch and online model serving, model management, and monitoring, and you possess knowledge of vertex AI model deployment, vertex pipelines, Kubeflow, or MLflow for automation and experimentation.

What you'll do

As a Senior Field Solutions Architect at Google, you will support Google Cloud Sales teams and engineering to deploy Google Cloud’s AI/ML and Generative AI technology across various sectors, including AI natives, innovators, enterprises, and startups. You will develop reusable technical resources such as reference architectures and templates to assist internal teams and clients. Your role will involve influencing the evolution of Google Cloud products by advocating for enterprise needs at the intersection of AI/ML and infrastructure.

You will oversee regional field readiness in partnership with leadership and collaborate with product and partner teams on external training initiatives. Your responsibilities will include delivering technical presentations and ensuring that customers can innovate with Google Cloud’s solutions effectively. You will also be tasked with building and maintaining infrastructure on GCP for data engineering pipelines, ensuring that they meet enterprise standards and requirements.
