Overview

Asana is seeking a Renewals Operations Lead to manage and optimize renewal systems and processes. You'll work closely with the Global Head of Renewals and contribute to the company's retention and growth goals. This role is based in San Francisco with a hybrid work schedule.

Who you are

You have a strong background in revenue operations, with experience in managing systems and processes that drive sales productivity. You understand the importance of data integrity and process efficiency in achieving retention and growth goals. You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working cross-functionally with various departments to streamline operations and enhance performance. You have excellent communication skills and can effectively partner with leadership to ensure the Renewals team has the necessary tools and documentation for success. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for optimizing workflows to improve overall efficiency. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about enabling teams to achieve their objectives.

Desirable

Experience in a SaaS environment or familiarity with sales development processes would be a plus. Knowledge of tools and systems used in revenue operations can enhance your effectiveness in this role. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement will set you apart as a candidate.

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with the Global Head of Renewals to manage and optimize renewal systems, ensuring that the team has the necessary processes and tools in place. You will be responsible for maintaining exceptional data integrity and process efficiency, directly contributing to the company's retention and growth goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline the renewal motion and enhance operational excellence. Your role will involve analyzing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that drive efficiency. You will also be tasked with creating and maintaining documentation that supports the Renewals team in their efforts. Collaboration with leadership will be key as you ensure that the Renewals team is equipped to forecast accurately and meet their objectives. You will play a critical role in enabling the team to work together seamlessly, regardless of their location.
