Kaseya is seeking a Senior Principal Account Manager for Key Accounts to manage strategic customer relationships and drive sales growth. This role requires a consultative, customer-centric approach in software sales.
You are a highly strategic, results-oriented sales professional with a proven track record in managing key accounts. With over 5 years of experience in software sales, you thrive in a consultative, customer-centric sales culture. You are prepared to go above and beyond for the betterment of your customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders is key to your success in this role.
You possess a deep understanding of IT infrastructure and security management solutions, which allows you to effectively communicate the value of Kaseya's offerings to potential clients. Your consultative approach enables you to identify customer pain points and tailor solutions that drive sustained business success. You are comfortable navigating complex sales cycles and are adept at leveraging executive support to close deals.
Your experience includes working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and internal IT organizations, giving you insights into the challenges they face and how Kaseya can address them. You are results-driven and have a passion for helping organizations efficiently manage and secure their IT environments.
Experience in a high-growth technology or software company is a plus. Familiarity with AI-driven solutions and their application in IT management will set you apart. You are a team player who collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
In this role, you will own Kaseya's most strategic customer relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and driving growth. You will engage with key accounts to understand their unique needs and challenges, positioning Kaseya's solutions as the ideal fit. Your consultative selling approach will involve conducting needs assessments, presenting tailored solutions, and negotiating contracts.
You will work closely with internal teams, including product development and customer success, to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be crucial in fostering strong partnerships.
As a Senior Principal Account Manager, you will also be responsible for developing and executing account strategies that align with Kaseya's business objectives. You will track account performance metrics and report on progress to senior leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability.
