You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally within the SaaS industry, where you've helped clients maximize the value of their software solutions. Your ability to communicate effectively in both Japanese and Korean allows you to build strong relationships with diverse clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and support. Your analytical mindset enables you to assess client usage patterns and identify opportunities for improvement, driving adoption and satisfaction.
