Algolia is seeking a Total Rewards Manager to design and execute global compensation programs. You'll collaborate with People, Finance, and Leadership teams to ensure competitive pay practices. This role requires expertise in compensation frameworks and data-driven decision-making.
You have a strong background in compensation management, with experience in designing and executing global compensation programs. You understand the importance of internal equity and market competitiveness, and you are skilled at developing frameworks that support organizational growth and retention. You are data-driven and can analyze compensation structures to ensure they align with company values and industry standards. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. You are committed to transparency and fairness in pay practices, and you have a keen eye for optimizing compensation frameworks.
In this role, you will own the design and execution of Algolia's global compensation programs. You will partner closely with People, Finance, and Leadership teams to ensure that our pay and equity structures scale with our business. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and optimizing compensation frameworks, including job leveling, salary bands, and equity structures. You will develop scalable, data-driven compensation programs that drive internal equity, market competitiveness, and retention. You will lead initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience related to compensation and benefits, ensuring that Algolia remains a competitive employer in the market.
