Job Description

Are you passionate about transforming how customers discover and shop for Fashion on Amazon? Are you excited to lead innovative customer experience improvements that will impact millions of shoppers? Join us as a Product Manager working on Fashion Customer Experience (CX) initiatives that are reshaping how customers interact with Fashion products on Amazon.

In this role, you'll pioneer improvements across the Fashion shopping journey, from search and discovery to product evaluation and purchase decisions. You will be part of a team of highly skilled Product Managers and work with multiple technical teams based across the world to build delightful customer experiences that help customers find and buy Fashion products they love.

We are looking for someone with strong product management expertise and a customer-obsessed mindset, combined with a proven track record of delivering results in tech-enabled businesses. Successful candidates will be equally comfortable analyzing customer behavior data and defining product requirements as they will be working with UX designers, engineers, and business stakeholders to create intuitive shopping experiences.

This job will challenge you on various fronts - you'll drive improvements across key aspects of the Fashion shopping experience including search relevance, product information quality, visual content experiences, and premium shopping journeys. You'll need to effectively translate customer needs into product features while ensuring our solutions drive meaningful business results.

You'll frequently engage with business, product, and technology leaders, advocating for customer experience improvements while balancing technical feasibility and business priorities. Strong analytical skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment will be key. Our team culture is goal-oriented, collaborative, and driven to achieve results. We seek an individual who is motivated by solving customer problems and delivering impactful solutions at scale.

This role can be done from Munich, Madrid, Paris, or Milan.

Key job responsibilities
• Drive end-to-end product development for Fashion CX initiatives, from ideation through launch, including writing PRFAQs, defining requirements, and managing the delivery process with technical teams
• Partner with multiple stakeholders (incl. Search, Detail Pages, UX, Business) to identify opportunities, define solutions, and deliver improvements to the Fashion shopping experience
• Analyze customer behavior data, analyze weblabs, and leverage insights to make data-driven decisions that improve customer satisfaction and business metrics
• Define and track success metrics for product launches while regularly presenting progress updates and results to leadership
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps that align with broader Fashion CX strategic goals while balancing technical feasibility and business priorities- Start-up mindset and good problem solving skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of product management experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision making
- Track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment- Experience in retail/ecommerce
- Knowledge of Fashion industry trends and customer shopping behavior
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
- Experience with SQL and data analysis tools
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts, particularly GenAI and LLMs, with enthusiasm for pushing boundaries in product development
