Senior Partner Solutions Architect

Who you are

You have over 8 years of experience in customer and partner-facing roles, ideally with a strong background in enterprise software and pre-sales activities. Your technical expertise includes practical development experience with modern scripting languages such as Python and Node.js, as well as general-purpose programming languages like Java and C#. You are well-versed in cloud environments, having collaborated with major cloud providers like AWS, Microsoft, and Google for at least 2 years. Your experience designing scalable and highly available distributed systems in both cloud and on-premise environments sets you apart. You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively to both technical and business leaders. You are strategic in your thinking, capable of aligning MongoDB's resources with partner and customer strategies to create mutually beneficial plans. You are open to travel up to 25% of the time.

Desirable

You may also have experience in database sales or building applications on major cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure. Familiarity with data modeling and developing database-driven applications is a plus, as is experience transitioning legacy systems to modern, scalable technology stacks.

What you'll do

At MongoDB, you will work closely with partners to create technical materials and training programs that enhance sales activities and increase interest in joint solutions. You will develop reference architectures that integrate MongoDB with ecosystem products and services, leveraging each partner's strengths to open new use cases and markets. You will build joint sales strategies that ensure consistent messaging from pre-sales architects, crafting compelling technical narratives that resonate with partners and customers alike. You will conduct both online and offline technical webinars and presentations, sharing your expertise and insights with partner leaders and professionals. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to plan and execute initiatives that drive rapid joint opportunities, acting as a trusted technical advisor in designing solutions alongside partner architects for a diverse range of clients, from startups to large enterprise IT organizations.
