What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Identity team within Tide's Security Engineering department, overseeing the development and implementation of security strategies that protect user identities and sensitive information. You will collaborate with product teams to conduct secure design reviews and ensure that security considerations are integrated into the product development process. You will be responsible for conducting threat modeling sessions and penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies. You will also work closely with the Threat Detection & Response team to build robust detection mechanisms that can quickly identify and respond to security incidents. Your leadership will be crucial in shaping the security culture at Tide, as you advocate for best practices and drive initiatives that enhance the overall security posture of the organization.
