You'll focus on building relationships with CTOs and IT leaders, leveraging your experience in enterprise sales. This role requires a strategic mindset and experience with large accounts.
You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly within the Financial Services sector, where you've successfully opened and managed large accounts. Your experience includes engaging with C-Level executives, particularly CTOs and IT leaders, to drive strategic initiatives that align with their business goals. You have consistently achieved significant sales milestones, including closing multiple six-figure deals and growing accounts to over $1M in annual recurring revenue.
You are a strategic thinker who understands the complexities of the financial services landscape and can navigate the challenges of selling to large organizations. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients is complemented by your proactive approach to identifying and qualifying sales opportunities. You thrive in environments where you can collaborate with technical teams, including Solution Architects and Professional Services, to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize deal sizes.
Your passion for sales is matched by your commitment to personal and professional growth. You are eager to participate in comprehensive sales training programs and continuously improve your skills. You understand the importance of being adaptable and are comfortable working in a hybrid model, balancing time in the office with remote work.

In this role, you will be responsible for formulating and executing a sales strategy tailored to the Financial Services sector in Eastern Europe.
