Equativ is seeking a Senior Strategic Account Lead to drive growth across holding companies and their agency ecosystems. You'll manage high-value relationships and deliver consultative solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of programmatic buying teams and trading desks.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing complex, high-value relationships within the advertising or programmatic buying sectors. With at least 5 years of experience, you understand the intricacies of how holding companies operate across agencies and trading desks. Your ability to engage with senior decision-makers and deliver consultative, outcome-driven solutions sets you apart. You thrive in high-impact roles where strategic account leadership and new business development are key. You are adept at navigating the agency ecosystem and can position Equativ as a trusted partner to Holdco organizations and the brands they support.

Desirable

Experience in programmatic advertising or a related field is a plus. Familiarity with the latest trends in digital marketing and programmatic strategies will enhance your ability to drive growth. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to the evolving needs of clients and the market.
