Who you are

As a Patient Safety Program Specialist, you have a strong background in healthcare quality improvement and patient safety initiatives. You understand the complexities of overseeing programs across diverse clinical settings, including hospitals, nursing homes, and outpatient facilities. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to ensure the success of patient safety initiatives. You are detail-oriented and have a passion for improving patient outcomes through quality improvement strategies. You are adaptable and can thrive in a remote work environment, managing your responsibilities independently while remaining connected with your team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the success of patient safety-related quality improvement initiatives across a designated region. You will work closely with clinical teams to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies that enhance patient safety. Your role will involve analyzing data related to patient safety incidents and outcomes, developing reports, and presenting findings to stakeholders.
