This position is preferably intended for candidates belonging to Protected Categories with certification as beneficiary law 68/99 Art.1 (employment of people with disability).

Key job responsibilities
As part of our commitment to excellence and safety,
we are seeking an Automated Vehicle Assistant to support our drone delivery
operations. This role is critical to the seamless execution of daily operations,
encompassing physical tasks, operational support, and community ambassador
tasks.

This position involves demonstrating capability to handle materials up to 15kg and performing physical movements during work periods. The role includes engaging in activities such as standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending and reaching while supporting shifts of varying duration. The position entails working in diverse outdoor weather conditions.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
- Flexibility to support various schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in Italian and English equivalent to B1 level



- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in engineering fields
- Prior experience in aviation or drone operations, with A1-A3 Drone pilot license
- Knowledge of Aviation Safety Standards
- Introduction to SORA course certification
- Crew Resource Management course certification & Aeronautical Communications course certification
