Kaluza is hiring a Scala Engineer II for their API Platform Team to develop and enhance their Energy Intelligence Platform. You'll work with Scala in a hybrid environment across Bristol, Edinburgh, and London. This position requires relevant experience in backend engineering.
You have a solid background in backend engineering, ideally with experience in building scalable APIs and working with complex systems. Your expertise in Scala allows you to contribute effectively to the development of Kaluza's Energy Intelligence Platform, which orchestrates millions of real-time decisions across various energy sectors. You understand the importance of clean code and are committed to best practices in software development, including testing and documentation. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
