Carvana is seeking an Automotive Technician to perform a full range of automotive repairs, from light maintenance to heavy engine work. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive repair experience and offers a $5,000 bonus.
You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive repair experience, showcasing your ability to handle a variety of automotive issues. Your expertise spans from light maintenance tasks to complex repairs, ensuring that you can tackle any challenge that comes your way. You are comfortable diagnosing and repairing advanced vehicle electrical issues, including work on electric and hybrid vehicles, demonstrating your adaptability to modern automotive technologies. Your skills also include completing repairs for wheel bearings, axles, and vehicle climate control systems, such as ACs and heater cores. You take pride in your work and are committed to delivering exceptional service to customers.
While not required, certifications such as ASE would be a plus, as they reflect your commitment to professional development and excellence in the automotive field. Familiarity with state-of-the-art tools and technologies used in high-tech Inspection Centers would also enhance your ability to perform at your best.
As an Automotive Technician at Carvana, you will perform a full range of automotive repairs on various makes and models. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include diagnosing issues, performing general to complex repairs, and ensuring that all vehicles meet safety and performance standards. You will work on timing belts, suspension systems, and heavy engine work, utilizing your extensive knowledge and experience to provide high-quality service.
