Chronograph is seeking a Client Solutions Manager to oversee customer success and product implementations. You'll work closely with stakeholders to enhance client adoption and experience. This role requires expertise in Microsoft Office Suite.

Who you are

You have a strong background in client solutions management, with a proven track record of overseeing customer success and product implementations. Your proactive nature and leadership potential make you an ideal fit for this role. You are an expert in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, which you use to create impactful presentations and analyze data effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about enhancing the client experience through innovative solutions.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders alike. Your ability to understand client needs and translate them into actionable strategies is key to your success. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for problem-solving, ensuring that client issues are addressed promptly and effectively. You are also adaptable, able to navigate the fast-paced nature of the private capital markets industry.

Desirable

Experience in the private capital markets or financial technology sectors is a plus, as it gives you a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by clients in this space. Familiarity with cloud-based analytics and data management solutions will further enhance your ability to support clients effectively. A background in project management or strategic planning will also be beneficial, as you will be involved in various strategic undertakings to scale the client solutions division.

What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee customer success initiatives, ensuring that clients are fully engaged with Chronograph's suite of solutions. You will work closely with key stakeholders to support client adoption and best practices, focusing on a comprehensive approach to the client experience. Your responsibilities will include managing product implementations, where you will guide clients through the onboarding process and ensure they derive maximum value from our offerings.

You will also be responsible for relationship management, acting as the primary point of contact for clients and addressing any concerns they may have. Your strategic mindset will be crucial as you identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the client solutions division. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product features based on client feedback, ensuring that our solutions remain market-leading.

As part of your role, you will analyze client usage data to identify trends and areas for improvement. This data-driven approach will help you develop strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention. You will also participate in regular meetings with the GP Client Solutions Team Lead to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities within the division.
