Google is seeking a Senior Field Sales Representative for Strategic Accounts to drive cloud computing solutions. You'll leverage your experience in B2B software sales and account management to cultivate relationships and influence executives. This role requires 7+ years of experience in quota-carrying sales.
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 7 years of experience in quota-carrying cloud or software sales, or account management at a B2B software company. Your expertise includes 5 years of experience selling cloud computing solutions, demonstrating a strong understanding of the market and customer needs. You excel in growing existing customer bases and acquiring new logos at scale, effectively increasing spend and accelerating consumption business. Your experience includes working with cross-functional teams and partners in implementations and negotiations, showcasing your ability to lead and collaborate effectively.
You are skilled in commercial and legal negotiations, adept at working with Procurement, Legal, and Business teams to ensure successful outcomes. Your ability to cultivate C-level relationships and influence executives is a key strength, allowing you to drive business development and operational excellence at scale. You understand the importance of aligning solutions to drive business outcomes across multiple industries, and you are passionate about helping customers transform their businesses with cloud technology.
Experience with problem-solving tools and applications software is a plus, as is familiarity with databases and infrastructure software. You thrive in environments where you can work closely with customer engineers and technical leads to inventory software estates, define migration plans, and build compelling migration business cases. Your background in cloud solutions positions you as a trusted advisor to clients, enabling you to present effectively to C-level executives and negotiate terms that benefit both parties.
In this role, you will manage business cycles and drive business development initiatives, presenting to C-level executives and negotiating terms that align with both Google Cloud's objectives and customer needs. You will own operational excellence at scale, ensuring accurate forecasting and achieving strategic goals by leading customers through the entire business cycle. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with multiple teams and Google Partners to maximize business impact within enterprise customers, ensuring that solutions are tailored to meet their unique challenges.
You will be instrumental in helping customers see the benefits of Google Cloud technology come to life, guiding them through the transformation process and ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes. Your ability to influence and build relationships will be key to your success, as you work to grow the existing customer base while also acquiring new logos. You will leverage your extensive experience in cloud computing solutions to provide insights and recommendations that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
