What you'll do

As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Reflection, you will own the technical strategy and delivery of agentic systems from initial customer discovery through production launch — your role is pivotal in translating advanced AI research into high-impact applications that serve enterprise customers. You will partner closely with deployment strategists and sales teams to architect solutions that meet customer needs, ensuring that the technology aligns with their business objectives.

You will build agentic systems using state-of-the-art models, orchestrating workflows that integrate seamlessly with enterprise infrastructure — your technical expertise will be crucial in deploying reliable production systems that perform at scale. Collaborating with research teams, you will adapt and fine-tune models to meet customer-specific requirements, ensuring that the solutions you deliver are tailored to their unique challenges.

Supporting end-to-end deployments across hybrid environments, you will help ensure that systems are scalable, performant, and reliable in production — your attention to detail and commitment to quality will drive the success of these deployments. As part of a growing Forward Deployed Engineering organization, you will contribute to evolving playbooks and best practices, helping to establish a culture of excellence within the team.
