Anthropic is seeking a Startup Partnerships professional to drive the adoption of their AI capabilities within the startup ecosystem. You'll work closely with leading VCs and top startup customers to shape strategy and engagement. This role requires a builder mindset and hands-on data analysis skills.
You have a builder mindset and thrive in environments where you can directly impact the growth of innovative technologies. Your experience in partnerships or business development within the tech ecosystem has equipped you with the skills to engage effectively with founders and venture capitalists. You understand the startup landscape and can identify opportunities for collaboration that drive mutual success. You are comfortable working with data, building dashboards, and using insights to inform strategic decisions. You are seen as a peer and trusted advisor by founders, not just a traditional partnerships hire.
Experience working with AI technologies or within the AI startup ecosystem is a plus. Familiarity with venture capital and accelerator programs will help you navigate the landscape effectively. You are proactive in seeking out new partnerships and have a track record of successful collaborations that have led to tangible outcomes.
In this role, you will develop and execute Anthropic's go-to-market strategy for startups, identifying and prioritizing top AI-native companies to partner with. You will design innovative programs that enable startups to access and build with Anthropic's AI capabilities, particularly Claude. Your responsibilities will include engaging with leading venture capital firms and accelerators to scale Anthropic's reach within the startup ecosystem. You will work closely with our top startup customers to understand their needs and ensure they can leverage our technology effectively. You will also be responsible for shaping how Anthropic engages with this rapidly growing segment of the technology market, becoming a trusted advisor to founders and the VC community. Your role will involve rigorous analysis and data-driven decision-making to inform strategy and execution.
