What you'll do

In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor to the Corporate Functions and Customer Success leaders at Rubrik. You will be responsible for driving talent strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness and align with business goals. You will utilize data and benchmarks to provide insights and recommendations to leaders across India and the Americas. Your role will involve leadership development, change enablement, and talent planning, ensuring that the organization is equipped to meet its goals. You will collaborate closely with various teams to foster a culture of inclusivity and high performance, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of Rubrik's General and Administrative organization.
