Amazon is hiring a Senior Agency Development Manager for Twitch to drive revenue growth through creator-led solutions and high-impact campaigns. You'll work closely with media agencies and brands to deliver culturally resonant programs. This role requires expertise in live streaming and engagement with Gen Z audiences.
You have a deep understanding of live streaming and the creator economy, particularly as it relates to engaging Gen Z and millennial audiences. With experience in managing client relationships, you excel at building partnerships with media agencies and brands, ensuring that campaigns are both culturally relevant and effective. You thrive in environments where ambiguity is common, and you have a knack for translating complex ideas into actionable strategies that drive revenue growth.
Your background includes a strong focus on performance marketing, where you've successfully sold custom creator programs and managed client education sessions. You are well-versed in advising on brand safety and suitability, ensuring that all campaigns meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. You have a proven track record of orchestrating successful campaigns that leverage the unique strengths of Twitch and its community of creators.
Experience in the advertising or media industry, particularly with a focus on influencer marketing, is a plus. Familiarity with the latest trends in digital marketing and social media will help you stay ahead in this fast-evolving landscape. You are comfortable working with data and analytics to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies accordingly.
In this role, you will be the go-to expert for Twitch within your market, leading client education and planning sessions to ensure that brands understand the value of creator-led solutions. You will build and maintain senior relationships across various teams, including media, planning, and social/influencer groups, to originate briefs and grow incremental spending on Twitch campaigns.
Your responsibilities will include selling custom creator programs, such as streamer integrations and co-created content, while establishing clear KPIs to measure success. You will advise clients on best practices for brand safety and suitability, guiding them through the selection of creators and the contracting process. Additionally, you will orchestrate the execution of campaigns in collaboration with Creative Strategy, Ad Tech, Events, and Production teams, ensuring that all deliverables meet client expectations.
You will also be responsible for converting cultural and platform trends into actionable proposals that resonate with target audiences. By leveraging your expertise in live streaming and community engagement, you will help brands create impactful campaigns that drive results and foster long-term partnerships.
