What you'll do

In this role, you will dive into the full spectrum of commercial agreements, ensuring that Motorway's legal documentation keeps pace with the company's rapid growth. You will support corporate transactions, gaining insight into how a major scale-up operates and evolves. Your responsibilities will include drafting and reviewing partnerships, marketing deals, and SaaS contracts, all while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. You will also play a key role in resolving disputes and providing legal guidance on marketing strategies and hosted software agreements. Your ability to simplify legal jargon will be crucial in helping your colleagues understand their obligations and rights under various agreements.
