What you'll do

As an Outbound Development Representative, you will play a critical role as the first point of contact for prospective GoFundMe Pro customers. You will embrace emerging technology to execute high-volume, strategic, and personalized outreach that resonates with nonprofit decision-makers. Your responsibilities will include uncovering fundraising challenges, building tailored engagement plans, and fostering meaningful relationships across departments. You will facilitate qualifying calls, conduct discovery sessions with key stakeholders, and showcase the value of GoFundMe Pro’s tools, all while managing a high-quality sales pipeline to ensure a seamless handoff of leads to the sales team.
