What you'll do

As a Senior Backend Engineer in the Hotels group, you will play an essential role in building and scaling Navan’s flagship hotel platform, which drives global business growth. You will design and develop high-performance features and core services that support the company’s flagship product. Your work will involve solving complex engineering challenges, driving improvements in reliability, performance, and user experience. You will take end-to-end ownership of features, from design and development to deployment and operational support, ensuring exceptional quality and value for users. You will collaborate across teams, partnering with fellow engineers, product managers, designers, and business leaders to deliver impactful solutions and elevate team performance. You will contribute to the engineering culture by championing best practices and fostering a collaborative environment. What we offer

TripActions offers a competitive salary range of $120,000—$215,000 USD, which includes both base salary and target incentive compensation.
