What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the environmental permitting process for Microsoft’s datacenter projects throughout the Americas. You will be responsible for ensuring that all necessary environmental permits are acquired in a timely manner to support construction activities. This includes conducting environmental due diligence and coordinating with various teams to gather the required documentation. You will engage with regulatory agencies to facilitate the permitting process and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Your role will also involve supporting compliance activities during site acquisition, design, and construction phases, ensuring that all projects adhere to environmental standards. You will play a crucial role in strategy development for environmental permits, working closely with stakeholders to align project goals with regulatory requirements.
