Aviatrix is hiring a Senior Cloud Network Engineer to join their Customer Support team. You'll guide customers in adopting multi-cloud networking and security services, leveraging your expertise in cloud technologies. This role requires strong technical skills and experience in customer support.
You have 5+ years of experience in cloud networking and security, with a deep understanding of multi-cloud environments. Your expertise in AWS and Cisco technologies enables you to troubleshoot complex networking issues effectively. You are skilled in creating knowledge-based content and have a knack for simplifying technical concepts for customers. Your experience in customer support has equipped you with the ability to manage and resolve technical inquiries efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales and engineering teams to advocate for customer needs and improve product quality. You are proactive in identifying potential issues and are committed to delivering high-quality support.
Experience with Linux and Cloudflare is a plus, as is familiarity with network security best practices. You have a passion for helping customers succeed and are always looking for ways to enhance their experience with cloud solutions.
