Crusoe is seeking an IT Support professional to manage escalated technical issues and ensure reliable IT services. You'll work with cloud identity management platforms and MDM automation in Denver.
You have a strong background in IT support, particularly in managing and troubleshooting technical issues related to networks, infrastructure, and SaaS applications. Your experience includes working in fast-paced environments, where you have successfully resolved complex technical issues and provided seamless user support. You are familiar with cloud identity management platforms, including SSO, SAML 2.0, and MFA, and have hands-on experience with MDM automation tools such as Google MDM, Kandji, or Intune. You thrive in collaborative settings, working with diverse teams and external vendors to improve system performance and user experience.
Experience with project-oriented initiatives, including new technology rollouts and system upgrades, is a plus. You are proactive in seeking opportunities for system improvement and documenting results to enhance overall IT service delivery.
In this role, you will handle escalated support requests and lead the resolution of complex technical issues from initial report to final solution. You will manage a variety of technical issues related to networks and infrastructure, ensuring reliable IT services for the organization. Your responsibilities will include administering and configuring cloud identity platforms and leading project-oriented initiatives to support the company's mission of climate-friendly innovation.
