HelloFresh is seeking an Operations Trainer to oversee training activities within the distribution center. You'll facilitate training sessions and support the development of associates. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You have a passion for training and developing others, and you thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You enjoy problem-solving and are comfortable working in ambiguous situations. Your experience in training or coaching will help you succeed in this role, as you will be responsible for facilitating both classroom and on-the-job training for associates. You are collaborative and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to implement training products and support process improvements.
Experience in a distribution center or similar operational environment is a plus. Familiarity with training methodologies and a strong understanding of food safety and quality standards will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
As an Operations Trainer at HelloFresh, you will oversee daily training operational activities within the distribution center. You will assist in managing training requests from the business and facilitate various training methods, including classroom sessions and on-the-job training. Your role will involve conducting one-on-one coaching sessions with associates to support their development and growth. You will promote a safety-first culture through your training activities and help train Training Ambassadors, Associates, and Frontline Leaders using standard training methods. Additionally, you will support internal change management processes for new training products and process improvement initiatives, continuously observing and providing feedback to enhance the training experience.
