Prenuvo is seeking a Clinical Site Representative to support innovative clinical study projects focused on preventive healthcare. You'll engage with potential patient participants and contribute to the advancement of proactive health solutions. This role requires prior customer service experience and is based in Boston.
You are an enthusiastic individual with prior customer service experience, eager to contribute to an innovative clinical study project aimed at advancing the science and practice of preventive medicine. You understand the importance of proactive healthcare and are motivated to help reshape the world through cutting-edge technology. You are located in the Boston area or are willing to relocate, and you can commute to the clinic site within a 45-minute distance.
As a Clinical Site Representative, you will conduct consultative pre-recruitment calls with potential patient participants interested in undergoing Prenuvo Scans. You will be responsible for providing information about the clinical study and the benefits of proactive screening whole-body MRI examinations. Your role will involve engaging with patients, answering their questions, and guiding them through the recruitment process. You will work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth experience for participants and contribute to the overall success of the clinical study.
