What you'll do

As a Sales Development Representative at Amplitude, you will be the first point of contact for new and existing prospects. Your primary responsibility will be to capture the attention of commercial and enterprise-level companies, proactively building out our customer base. You will conduct outreach through various channels, including email and phone, to engage potential clients and introduce them to Amplitude's leading digital analytics platform. You will work closely with the sales team to identify and qualify leads, ensuring a smooth transition to the sales process. You will also collaborate with marketing to develop strategies that enhance lead generation efforts. Your role will involve tracking and reporting on your outreach efforts, providing insights that will help refine our approach to customer engagement.
