You are a proactive, results-oriented professional with a strong background in account management and a passion for customer success. With at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, you thrive in a consultative, customer-centric culture and are prepared to go above and beyond for the betterment of your customers. You possess excellent communication skills and can build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are driven by achieving targets and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Desirable

Experience in the IT infrastructure or software industry is a plus, as is familiarity with Managed Service Providers (MSPs). You have a proven track record of managing accounts effectively and driving growth through strategic initiatives. Your ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions sets you apart from others in the field.

What you'll do

As a Senior Account Manager at Kaseya, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide them with the best solutions to meet those needs. Your role will involve developing and executing account strategies that drive growth and maximize revenue opportunities.
