What you'll do

As a Senior Technical Instructor at Databricks, you will design and deliver engaging technical training sessions for internal teams, partners, and customers. You will create dynamic, hands-on learning experiences that cater to various technical skill levels, whether in a virtual classroom or in-person setting. Your role will involve collaborating with Field Engineering and other stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop tailored training programs that drive measurable outcomes. You will continuously evolve training content to reflect the latest Databricks capabilities and industry best practices, ensuring that your programs remain relevant and effective. Evaluating program effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and learner success metrics will be a key part of your responsibilities, allowing you to iterate and improve training offerings. You will also play a crucial role in onboarding new hires within the Field Engineering organization, equipping them with the knowledge and confidence to make an impact from day one.
