You are detail-oriented and can conduct thorough assessments of home conditions, creating clear scopes for repairs and renovations. You thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing fieldwork with remote responsibilities. You are based within commuting distance of Raleigh, NC, and are ready to engage with local teams and vendors.
As a Homes Project Manager at Opendoor, you will take ownership of all repair-related services for homes in the Raleigh market. You will collaborate closely with the acquisitions and resale teams, ensuring that each home is managed effectively from the initial inspection through to final resale. Your responsibilities will include reviewing neighborhood conditions and home comparables, conducting in-home condition assessments, and maintaining a high level of customer care. You will create detailed repair and renovation scopes for local vendors, ensuring adherence to quality and pricing standards.
