What you'll do

As a Homes Project Manager at Opendoor, you will take ownership of all repair-related services for homes in the Raleigh market. You will collaborate closely with the acquisitions and resale teams, ensuring that each home is managed effectively from the initial inspection through to final resale. Your responsibilities will include reviewing neighborhood conditions and home comparables, conducting in-home condition assessments, and maintaining a high level of customer care. You will create detailed repair and renovation scopes for local vendors, ensuring adherence to quality and pricing standards. Additionally, you will manage the execution of these scopes, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget while meeting or exceeding quality standards. You will interact with vendors and conduct in-field quality assessments to uphold Opendoor's commitment to superior customer experience.
